Treatment for liver damage found

Researchers at the San Diego School of Medicine at the University of California have discovered a treatment that can not only help suffers of liver disease but can actually reverse the damage done by heavy drinking.

This could be a revolutionary product for drinkers who feel that they are unable to give up drinking but at the same time need an effective treatment for cirrhosis, hepatitis and other related illnesses.

Live disease is the fifth largest killer in the UK, so any treatment is going to be very useful indeed, but treatments that can not only treat the disease, but can also cure the damaged tissue which can in effect give the patient a new lease of life, no matter how short lived that is.
