Cold medicines a con!

Are over the counter cold cures a con? Well according to some sources they are and in the states there is a movement to get the facts out. But with conflicting sides the consumers are going to be totally confused and will not know which way to turn.

According to News Target these medicines that are targeted at children have never been tested on kids, to back this up, one of the US Government FDA panels has actually come out and stated that the medicines should not be given to children under the age of six and that there is no real evidence that they work with older children either.

There is also the ingredient’s, these medicines are in fact syrup, artificial colours, chemical sweeteners and of course the active ingredients which are said to banned by the FDA!

So now who do we believe?
