Why do Americans suffer from fattigue?

In the US there is growing as to why the waste lines of a large proportion of the public are expanding.

The reason why people put weight on is that they are consuming more calories than they are using up through activity. Whatever the reasons, this is going to have long-term effects on the health service and other public services.

The availability of fast food has been blamed for this problem, but the researchers at the Human Nutrition Research Centre on Aging at Tufts University in Boston and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill asking the question “Why Now?” after all fast food has been around since the 1950’s in the US.

There is even talk of a virus which makes people fat and of course the fat gene, these could be possibilities but the simple fact is still the more that you eat the more weight you will put on.
