How a little shut eye can help

You only have to watch a cat or dog to understand that napping can be important, after all they seem to be doing that all day long, or most of it, which is probably why they the energy to run around all of the time.

So if we could take just a few minutes to have a little of shut eye, would this help us through the day more easily? Well people, who regularly have small nap, swear by it and of course why wouldn’t they!

Below are some reasons why having a nap could be good for you:

Feeling sleepy in the afternoon is normal
Naps provide different benefits depending on how long they are
Try not to sleep longer than 45 minutes but less than 90 minutes
Find a nice dark place where you can lie down
White noise can help you fall asleep
Don’t nap too close to bedtime
