Drinking red wine keeps you healthy

This has been knocking around for some time, and people who live around the coast of the Mediterranean coast have proved this as they seem to have one of the healthiest lifestyles around.

Now it seems the French have the better lifestyle than anyone else around the coastline. This shows that just by simply sipping a glass of the red stuff every now and then will actually help you live a healthier life, as we all know there are chemicals within the wine which actually help the body rather than cause it problems.

In France they have a diet which is fairly high in fatty foods such as cheese and meat, but because of the wine that they drink along side their meals this creates what has become known as the French Paradox, as they tend to have a significantly lower rate of heart disease.
