Medicine or Food the ingredients are the same
For years people have been using natural products for treatment of ill health, however many of these treatments are also foods which has to bring up the question: it someone has all of these foods in their daily diet, should they not be the healthiest person around?
Just in case you have any doubts as what these foods are, here is the list of the top twenty:

Olive Oil
Rice
Parsley
Onions
Lemon
Mustard
Cloves
Apples
Kale

They are all good, and yes there is way of incorporating these into a diet, there are no more excuses!
